Refund Policy

Because our planners are digital products delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

We’re here to help! If you have any trouble with your purchase, please email us at hello@shopfaithfullymade.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll make it right. That includes:

• Your download link isn’t working or has expired
• A file won’t open or is damaged
• Links inside your planner aren’t working as expected

Most issues are quick to fix, and the How to Use guide included with your planner covers the most common questions.

Please make sure your device and note-taking app are compatible before purchasing. Our planners are made for iPad and tablet apps that support hyperlinked PDFs, like GoodNotes, Notability and Noteshelf.

If you were charged by mistake or received the wrong product, contact us and we’ll sort it out right away.
